With nominees spanning multiple countries, Aster Guardians required a robust digital platform to manage registrations, submissions, and multi-round jury evaluations—all while reflecting the brand’s commitment to quality care.
Problem Statement & Solution
Aster Guardians needed a secure, scalable portal to handle high volumes of participant sign-ups, verify identities, collect detailed award applications and orchestrate a multi-round jury process.
Kwebmaker built a Laravel-powered backend paired with an HTML & Bootstrap frontend to deliver a seamless end-to-end experience. Participants register and verify via email, then complete rich application forms. Administrators oversee user data, submissions and jury assignments through an intuitive dashboard. Jury members access personalized scorecards, submit evaluations against predefined criteria, and progress candidates through two elimination rounds to a grand jury finale. The result is a streamlined, reliable portal that supports Aster’s vision of honoring nursing excellence worldwide.
